Garnier

I emailed them 2 months ago about their Garnier "Honey treasures" who apparently help from damage , split end hair ! I told them the products has been damaging my hair more and caused lots of breakage they asked me for a receipt and I told them like any other person I throw my receipts away but I can give my clicks club card because I usually by my hair products there and they said to me it's not there problem. I send them a email again asking for them can I send my club card no response I even send pictures from befor and after and still no response from them I would never recommend them for anyone and I will never ever by any thing from them
