VXV Hair & Nail Studio

My sculp was burnt by this expensive product they used on my hair, while I was being relaxed I was not covered and the lady spilled relax on my dress and I'm quite looking at all this unprofessionalism, I was then put under a cold dryer and I actually don't know what was the point of the dryer, after that I was just blow dried no hair food was used and then guess what at the pay point I was only told then that it's R400 for relax. After complaining about the service I was forced to pay! They called security and threatened to call the cops, because now I was fighting for my consumer rights! Day light ******* who relaxes hair for R400? When I asked why their price lists are not visible they said VXV does not allow them to display prices. I have taken pictures of my sculp and will open a case.
