VX Auto Klerksdorp (Danlou)

I purchased a Ford Ranger from VX Auto Klerksdorp ( Danlou Motors) 2 days after purchase- vehicle failed. They were initially helpful and tried to sort the vehicle’s problems. It is now going on 3 months. They have ignored several of my emails. I did not have an other option as to lodged a complaint with Wesbank and the Ombudsman. They also are ignoring me. The vehicle was later sent to Toyniss Motors Klerksdorp for them to fix with apparently a 20 000km warranty. Upon recieving my vehicle back it was, and is still standing and unable to use. My experience with the two mentioned companies is that they had not been very helpful as I am left to own accord. Please be careful when dealing with abovementioned.
