Terrible After Service

<p>I organised for these guys to fit a radio unit which sells for R5000.00. Once you are interested they come to you at anytime and place within 48 hours Gauteng and after installing they demand proof of payment. They sell these fong kong (not original) products not endorsed by the car manufacturer. These units come without radio antenna, therefore listening to your favourite radio station is a nightmare.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have made efforts to ensure that the antenna is fitted, well Duma either tells me his technicians have knocked off, doesn't answer calls or messages and he feels like responding, he tells he is busy I must call him later. On their website they claim these units come with 18 month warranty, so how will you locate them as this business operates from the boot of the car? This Duma guy has made no efforts to make sure I get the help I need, so buying this **** product is very risky especially with your hard earned cash. Never support a business without operating address. I wonder if their business is registered.</p>
