Poor service

I ordered a android unit for a Bmw, it came with the incorrect vehicle wiring harness, Duma was informed via whatsapp, no reply after that, advertised it worked with the cars existing steering wheel controls, no can box was include so it didn't, i emailed them and still no reply and now not answering their phones at all.
