Poor after sale service

Bought 2 Touch screen radios from Duma 5 years ago for our brand new 2016 Toyota Revo. Now the screen does not work. Send the radio back to Pretoria, as no support in the Western Cape. Received the radio back with the same problem. The technician, after explaining the problem, reckoned the software needs to be upgrade. Now Duma recon it is the touch and unfortunately no spares available. Pathetic, as this is still a relatively new unit. Please be aware of Duma and team
