terrible service and bad management experience

Good morning Hellopeter team last month I took my car to service at VW Wonderboom the service was not such a welcoming and good at all course since after that service my car every 2 or 3 days it will run out of water they change anti-frezer hence it was on service but now I have to drive with water everywhere I go course everyday the water run out Yesterday i called the VW Wonderboom the guy who incharge is Zack he was rude towards me when I told him my problem about the car he even drop my call during our conversation
