Complain about faulty alternator at VW Wonderboom

In 2021 I bought VW T- Cross at VW Wonderboom in Pretoria . I have been taking the car and there hasn’t been no negligence on my side. On the 07 June 2023 when the mileage was 83506 km I was towed because the alternator did not charge .The car was still on warranty so VW Wonderboom installed a new Alternator as they claim.The following year in August 2024 I was towed again with the battery error and the alternator not charging.On the 22 August 2024 the alternator was replaced again at my expense . I paid the sum of R6500.15 towards this because the car was now out of warranty .On the 6th of September car still showed a battery fault on the car screen . I called Wonderboom to report this they said I should observe the car . On the 14th of November the car still showed a battery error . They then started blaming the battery to say the battery is finished . Out of desperation and frustration on the 14th of November 2024 I went to buy a new battery. The battery continued to flick an error light to date . On the 13th of May 2025 I took my car for service at VW Eastrand mall . They then reported that the alternator is not charging . On the 26 May 2025 I took the car again back to Wonderboom so they say they runned the tests . The diagnostic machine reported that the battery is not Ok . I should replace the battery that is 6 month 14 days old z They say there is nothing they can do I should just come and collect my car and buy a new battery for R 5100 including battery adoption . I am so ****ed off with the under-service received from VW Wonderboom and wanna escalate the matter further . I feel they don’t want to investigate the cause of a problem . They just want to shift blame .
