Worst Experience

I took my car for the 30000km service on the 18th October 2022 and i was told that the car needs to go for wheel alignment and balancing after every 15000km i then gave them the go ahead to do it but after some weeks i realised that something was wrong when i was traveling to pretoria on the 4th November as the car starting shuddering when i accelerated and got to 120km/140km which is something that has never happened before ever since i have gotten the car, i then called the dealer and was told to bring the car on Monday the 7th November. I took the car there and was told that it had an issue with the wheel balancing apparently it wasn't done properly but it's fine now and was test driven to ensure that the issue has been resolved, i left the premises believing that my car was back to it's normal state and i didn't get a chance to test it as i stay close to my workplace which was a big mistake as i was clearly **** to, on Friday (19th Nov) i had to drive to limpopo but couldn't because the car was still shuddering whenever i accelerated, i now had to use my partner's car because of this. I called the dealer Again and took the car in today morning i was called during the day and told the car was tested and the isssue is still WHEEL BALANCING which was something that was supposedly repaired last time so bacause this is the third time i decided to test drive my car and it is still SHUDDERING. I am honestly disappointed by the dishonesty as not only did they waste my time and fuel but my car's perfomance as well
