VW west gate -2rd new car sold to me not in good condition

I’m extremely disappointed at the service and products that VW west gate provides to its customers...I purchased a car from them last sept two days later the whole sun roof fell off while I was driving,I took it in and was told it’s a factory fault and was given another vehicle(A polo r)3 months down the line the 2rd polo they gave me is leaking extremely bad.What I need to understand is don’t they check the cars before selling them to customers???This is honestly poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this specific dealership..Now I’m told by the Manager David that he understands it’s my second incident however they still need to get the factory involved again,Really!!!I don’t want the factory to be involved I just need a good in condition car period...1st time around I could have died or damaged someone’s car that was behind me now this..Rain dripping in my car...Wow
