VW McCarthy Westgate Bad Servicing of my car

They dealer denied a oil leack in my VW Polo after a major 60000km service with them. They opened their user manual denying everything, today on my 75000km service in another VW dealer, my sump plug was loose all along and my car was leaking oil as I have been driving it all along. I am highly disappointed and with the dealer as they neglected to service my car properly, I am writting this so it doesn't happen to other customers as well, be aware and follow up if your car is properly serviced.
