VW Bidvest McCarthy : Westgate

Saddens my heart to have received such atrocious service from the said dealership's Manager whom I only know as Renaldo/Ronaldo

This manager was very rude and condescending, does not listen to clients to a point that I would go as far as saying he's ****** because when we (me and my wife) we were in the market for a car he was sweet, answered questions with the most respectable tone and addressed us with a calm tone. After we had acquired a car, suddenly he had the audacity to shout and raise his voice at both of us (husband and wife) and still we left this dealer without reaching any common ground.

We purchased a PreOwned Mercedes Benz, which we were under the impression that when the disc expires we will be getting a new disc and license plates courtesy of the dealership (as it had been discussed and agreed upon with the sales lady, unless it was we weren't on the same page during all the discussions in the process of acquiring and after we had signed the papers to finalise the sale) , on Thursday (21 October 2021) we were called in to collect the disc, we enquired about the new number plates to which we were referred to the manager for further assistance. Not only did we leave the dealerships with tempers flared and confusion, but we felt insulted and disrespected at how that Renaldo fellow shouted and screamed at us instead of talking to us in a normal tone to address the issue and consequently reach mutual ground. Instead of him listening to what the challenge is he chose to use his relatable story that was not even relevant because he as quick to respond and never actually listened.

This manager really lacks managerial skills, He is undermining clients based on race, He does not listen to anyone else, he is using a dictatorship leadership and He thinks because he is a manager at this dealership this is a his way or no way scenario. We regret making a sale in this dealership, we told him and the best professional person was the sales lady (Lerato and Sagrien the finance lady - Excellent service) and it is a pity that their professionalism will never allowed an opportunity to flourish reporting to such a toxic manager.
