very poor service

I'm experiencing an issue with VW McCarthy Westgate. I took my vehicle in for a service, and it was in good condition when I handed it over. However, when I collected it, I discovered that the front bumper spoiler had been damaged.

Since Friday, 14 August I have been communicating with the dealership. They reviewed their CCTV footage and acknowledged the damage, informing me that they would cover the cost of the repair. They asked me to obtain and send them a quotation, which I did.

Unfortunately, since then, communication has been poor. They keep telling me they are busy, and they've also commented that the quotation of R1,800 is too much for "such a small bumper."

even today im still waiting for payment
