Unhappy customer

Unprofessional and manipulative We purchased a vehicle on the 5th of March 2024,which they told us that the car still has to go through testing and their mechanic, during that process they broke the windscreen ....they borrowed me a rental car while they still busy with my car however I waited for two weeks with no communication, we returned the car by the 15th of March and we still awaiting our refund till to date....
