The worst dealership ever

I am honestly disappointed by the dishonesty as not only did they waste my time and fuel but my money for taxi fare for 5 (five) days going to work, which was not even compensated.

I purchased a brand new vehicle (VW Polo 1.0 TSI Life 2024 model) smokey grey colour, from Bidvest McCarthy VW westgate on the (30th of January 2024) Salesman: Mr. Philip Thuto

I received my vehicle with no Floor mats, minor dents and scratches, the following day that's when I found a gun light between arm rest and the driver seat, ***** underneath the driver seat I took a picture of scratches, gun light and ***** and send to the Salesman via WhatsApp and he said to me the gun light it could be of the people from washing bay and the ***** it could be of the technicians when the were assembly the car after delivered by the truck.

A week after I started to hear a noise coming from the dashboard on top of the odometer side, whenever ever I drive on the patched Tar Road or a road with potholes. I drove the car until the permit exceeded by two days and that's when I decided to call salesman and tell him that the permit has expired he then tells me that there's nothing he can do because the number plate is not yet back but I can bring the car if I want for everything I have been complaining about but I won't be given a loan car to be using since there is no any loan available, while my car has been taken to a service and I did. After 5 (five) days I then called salesman's manager and explained everything to him but it never resolved anything because he was denying everything I was telling him and telling me that he won't give me another car and I can come and fetch the Car since is ready for collection after faulty inspection. You could hear how he was protecting his subordinate with his rudeness. Till today 11 march 2024 I have not received the Floor mats and the noise is still there...😞😭
