Poor communicaiton

I bought a car 7 Months ago through the sales man by the name of Sipho Nhlapho and the supervisor was Joshua Gibson. I have contacted them more than 5 times in connection with the Spare key and Manual book that is oustanding. As we speak I havent recieved any feedback from ,
