Pathetic Service
I bought a VW Move UP! 1.0 From Teboho Khoabane at Volkswagen Westgate in February this year, Few weeks after i collected the vehicle i found that the brakes on the car are faulty, i phoned Teboho Khoabane to advise him on this, he took the complaint and advised me that he will get back to me, only to receive a callback a week later advising me that i need to drop the car of at the dealer so that they can fix the problem. Teboho Khoabane dropped me off at work. He returned the car back to me later that day only to find out that the problem is still there, i had to phone Teboho Khoabane back advising him on this, yet again i only received an whatsapp from Teboho Khoabane on July 13th asking me to send an email to stipulate my concerns in writing witch i done, after another week of waiting for feedback i had to phoned the dealership again to follow up on this, I was advised that i need to bring the vehicle in leaving me without a car again. I was referred to Joshua Gibson the sales manager, i advised him on the complaint of the brakes and that I've also noticed that the battery on the car is swollen after only 6 months of using the car . Mr Joshua Gibson called me a **** to my face and laughed at me. i felt insulted and requested to speak to the dealer principal Mr Anton Pillay whom was also not helpful he didn't take my compliant serious regarding his staff, being rude to me as a customer and only told me that there is nothing wrong with the brakes, i asked him what about the swollen battery that i have in the car he told me that i will have to pay for the battery even though i only have the car for 6 months, I still don't feel safe in driving the car in this condition and should anything happen to me or my passengers i will hold VW Westgate accountable....
