One issue after the another

The only thing I've enjoyed about purchasing a vehicle from VW Westgate so far, is the vehicle itself.

I've had such a struggle with everything else from hearing a disturbing ticking sound when braking as soon as I got home with the car, to finding out 6 months later at the first service that I do not have the maintenance plan cover that I signed for when purchasing the vehicle, and not to mention other repairs like the fog light cover that was put on skew for who knows what reason.

My overall experience has just been the poorest after-sales experience, it's incredibly disappointing.
