Horrid Service

Horrifying service from the new sales team ,we bought a brand new 2021 Volkswagen Tcross from the new business team on the 24th of June 2021 , but prior to sending the finance documents we requested pictures of the car we are buying from our sales executive Danco ,he sent us the pics of the vehicle and we were all happy as the pictures had Led headlights and we phoned him to inquire if we wont pay for any extraz over the price ,he said now how the vehicle is is what youu getting the car was then delivered and we took delivery very late on the evening and then we advised Danco about the light issue and then he covered up saying he was showing us the colour like who would want to see the colour really...we finally escalated it the dealer principal Anton and he wasnt even a bit apologetic and rather tried to insult us and told us its not a big deal return the car and go...no customer service he said we must send him voicenotes and whatsapp messages and he will investigate it and he didnt even have the courtesy to reply...

We even asked them to throw in a sweetner like smash and grab and they were like no we not taking a loss because we are in the field to make money...

So we said you know what **** it keep the car with covid and work we dont have the time to go back through the drama of trying again

We asked them for the number plates as the permit is expired and we were told it will be sent to us on monday which is today hehe and as expected this bunch of ***** we didnt even get our plates
