Horrible purchase

I bought which was not on sight then they borrowed me a car for then when the car arrived it had 2 dents one in front and one at the back on the left and nobody bothered to tell me and the brakes were horrible.... No apology nothing and I had to skip work to bring it in only to find out that they don't have the parts and had to bring it back again....
