Complaint

Took my vehicle in for an Amarok alternator to be reconditioned 3 weeks later & vehicle had to be towed to the closest VW Dealer which was The Glen. The Glen found that the V-belt has snapped and this was changed we also did a cambelt service immediately.

Within a week a V-belt is about to snap again & I am advised that it's the Tensioner. Westgate says its not their fault & I must speak to The Glen.

This is completely infuriating
