Bidvest McCarthy VW Westgate VERY poor service

I am extremely perturbed by the service I am getting from VW Roodepoort.

My car was booked in on Monday 22 June 2020 for a water leak.

The cooling system was sorted last ear under factory warranty recall.

This year I have another water leak and on Monday I was advised that it is my water pump, which by the way, was replaced two years ago.

I asked the service advisor to speak to the service manager as this is not normal, and that there must be an inherent issue causing the water pump.

They tell me today at 12h30 that they are still waiting on Bidvest for a response for approval on my extended warranty.

My car is my livelihood as I too am in the service industry.

No loan vehicle offered because they are dragging their feet.

This is not the first time I have had issues with this dealership - I have to fight for a response and it is tiring.

When my son and boyfriend took my car in for a problem there were different results?

Do they think they can treat me in this manner because I am a woman?

I am truly unhappy and will never use this dealership again.
