It has been over a year and yet today I still live with frustration, hatred and regret for this so called Dealership. Unprofessional, manipulative and cunning!

I received my vehicle with minor dents and scratches, a broken door handle, dirty seats and hood lining, broken gear knob, a broken clutch pedal (Q-bonded), shuddering steering wheel and a screaming noise from the fan belt, followed by so many other repairs.

After returning a week or two later I was told I could not get another vehicle because it was not in their stock, but they have over 70 branches world wide. I was never offered a test drive because the vehicle was not 100%, one of the reasons for the delay of the delivery.

I was sold roses and only realized all the value added products was included in the purchase price and nothing was for FREE!!!!

I reported them to the Ombudsman because they never liked responding about the defaults which they needed to repair on the vehicle and they always gave me a run around about a loan vehicle.

As a business I must say they do not know how to practice TCF; treating customers fairly. I've only ever been offered a seat twice. This was at the sales stage and also when negotiating to return the vehicle, most of the time I set outside and on the barricades.

I admit I was young and naive but that gave them no reason to take advantage of an honest person. The old trick in the book was the sales agent who advised us she has the exact same vehicle which I'm sure she **** about.

To anyone reading this please be careful, seek advise, do your research and always make room for negotiation. Try to get your vehicle inspected for any existing defaults so that it can be resolved rather sooner than later.
