Being **********...
My wife and i purchased a vehicle VW POLO 1.0 Tsi from Wesgate VW in September and was assisted by sales person Antonio Morris at the Matercars department he advised us that the vehicle was out of its service plan an wanted to know if we want to take out a service plan we said NO we will sort that out ourselves we drove the car and then early January we had a problem with the vehicle not wanting to start we took it back and they said it was the battery as we were told then the battery was a old battery and was just charged at the time it was sold to us as that was "NEWS" to our ears as on delivery were told that the car was served with a brand new battery because we refuse to pay for a new battery they eventually replaced the battery....a month later witch it was in February the car was making a funny sound at that time the car was due for its oil change so we took it to the service provider that was servicing the car before we bought they advice us to take it back to the dealer we bought it from (VW WESTGATE) we then dealt with the service advisor (Peter) that told us it is the oil levels which is not correct thats cuasing that funny sound we booked it in and was told they have sorted it out and such problem would not occur in the future again .... we requested that in writing but was never supp**** with that information so we got the vehicle serviced as it was due for its oil change and was advise to monitor the oil....so we drove the car and picked up that we constantly have to top up vehicle with oil we did some research and just to find out it is not normal for the vehicle to consume so much oil so in June i took the vehicle back to where it was serviced and ask the guy what the problem was he adviced me to take it back to the dealership and let them check it so i took it back to them they told me that they need to do a oil test and see so they topped it up and told me to drive the car for 1000km and bring back so they can assess i was then adviced that there is a active warranty on the vehicle which they will put the claim through they even served me with the proof of the active warranty which the salesman confirmed would pay for the repairs thats needed after they have assessed to see what needs to be done...we drove the vehicle for the 1000km as requested by service department and i took it back on the 03/07/2017 thats where they picked up that there is a problem....now that the vehicle needs to be repaired i am told that they have reversed the warranty and it is no more active....so now they want to keep us reliable for wrong information given...so please i need help with this matter
