Bad service

I am very unhappy with the service I am received from VW westgate mastercars department/ section,particularly the the sales person Sipho Nhlapo. I traded in my car late November 2018, got a new one first week of Decemeber, on the day I collected a new one my contract was not ready and I was told that it will be sent to me via email the following day for me to signed and keep a copy. Two days later I decided to go to and find out about it, I was told that the finance company MFC has not sent it yet, I had to wait for them to request it so that I can sign it while I am there. Almost two months later I have not received car registration documents/ownership documents, when I call the sales person he keeps on saying that he will get back to me, when I sent him texts he would read them and not respond. The car is still registered in the previous owners name.
