VW Trisec Autohaus & GTI brand

Please!!!! Please !!! Do not trust this dealer or the VW GTI Brand. i Service my car (Golf 7 GTI) at this dealer last year September 2019 , (2 months after service) December 2019 the car broke con rod through the block. I contacted VW SA (they more about the dealer than the customer) and the dealer, to determine what happened with the car. After the dealer did a diagnose test their feedback " its purely a mechanical failure". Keep in mind i am a loyal VW GTI customer this is my 3rd GTI. Coming from a loyal GTI drive please reconsider what you buying, today the dealer cant tell me what cause the car to break. They quoted me R221 000 to fix a car i didn't break and base on their diagnose test there was nothing wrong with the car it just broke con rod. Is this a manufacture problem i am having or are the GTI 7 engine unreliable. I am sitting with **** German Engineering a GTi 7 that just break con rob with no logical explanation. Just for the record this is OEM engine no mods the car is standard with full service history.
