COMPLAINT AGAINST VW TAVCOR GEORGE

I bought a VW Touran at VW Tavcor in Knysna in 2019 December and it was delivered to me on the 12th of December 2019. within 2 days of having the car I had a problem with head light which I reported to them and they got them fixed and everything was fine. On the 24th of December 2019 I decided to drive with my family to the Eastern Cape and the car was fine for a couple of kilometers. When we were approaching Beaufort West the car became slower and we assumed that it was because of the inclines. We got to the Beaufort West and we got gas for the car and we drove again, the car drove faster for 160km's the car blew out a white big smoke on the exhaust and it slowed down to 40km's and it had a beeping noise on the engine and all the lights on the dashboard went on. I called my insurance and they organized towing and I called the dealer and they said they gonna take the car from the towing service and they will sort it out. I told them I cannot have the car again, they must try and get me another one. 5 days later they called me telling me that they have the car from the towing service and they will fix it and bring it to me and I told them again that I do not want that very same car they must give me another one. They tried to force it on me to take it and I refused because I wanted a different one. Its been a year and a month now and they haven't cleared me from the bank because the car was financed. I only had the car for 12 days nothing more than that. The bank is been calling me and I have logged a case with Motor Industry Ombudsmen of South Africa and I haven't gotten any feedback. I feel that Tavcor used the advantage that I loved the car and I wanted to own it and they just wanted to get rid of it and they sold it to me with all the problems it had and with the large amount of over R260,000.00. Now I am stuck with the bank that wants its money which I understand but the bad part is for me to pay for something I don't have and goods I am not happy with.
