TOO BUSY TO CARE

THIRD call in past two weeks (and at different times of the day...today at 11:10) to try an arrange a service for my VW Tiguan...holding on, and on, and on until the receptionist informs me ONCE AGAIN that their service department staff are extremely (TOO) BUSY... that i should leave my number and they will will call back...!!! Not the first time this has happened. Ouch!
