Worst service ever from VW Queenstown

We recently took our car to VW Queenstown because it had a problem with diesel injectors. We experienced the worst service ever. If they order wrong parts, they order incomplete parts, telling us that the car will be ready on a particular day and when the day comes, the car is not ready. They finally finished working on the car after 3 weeks, after we fought with them and expressed our dissatisfaction. 2 weeks later, the car has the very same problem that they said they fixed, and following the bad experienced we had with them we took the elsewhere to get fixed and incurred more expenses. I would not recommend VW Queenstown to anyone, they don't take their clients seriously and don't seem to care about the quality of their service.
