Scratches

I took my car for service on 3rd of August. When I got my car it had scratches on it. I took back to the dealership to report this. They polished my car but the scratches did not go away. On the 14th, they took my car to the panel beaters saying that will have to paint the car. I got my car back on the 18th of August and nothing was done. Now they are giving me the run around instead of fixing my car. Queenstown VW has the worst service ever
