VW Princess Benoni Rude Pathetic Service Dept

There should be a -5 rating for this pathetic dealership. Their service department are a bunch of uneducated, inexperienced, rude people. After fighting for almost 2 months to get my vehicle's brakes sorted out, they insinuated it was my fault that I was driving excessively. I have taken this matter further with VW SA and this has been escalated to the highest levels. Their rude service department proceeded to through the phone down in my ear in the middle of a conference call with them and VW SA on Thursday.

I took my car in to VW Strijdom Park the next day and they replaced the brake discs and brake pads with not an ounce of an issue. Fantastic service!

VW Princess Benoni still continues to refuse to assist and blames me for their poor parts that are clearly defective. Don't waste your time or money ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, and never take your car their for a service or repairs... They will be sure to make you out to be the problem, and will NEVER apologise or accept responsibility for their poor workmanship.

You will never see me at your dealership ever again, and my family and friends will never support you either. I will be sure to keep spreading the word about your poor customer service, as no-one deserves to go through what I have.
