Princess Benoni VW stripped my vehicle.

I bought a 2018 VW golf 7 manual comfort line from the Princess Park. The car had no spare key sales person Sammy Hlanguza said the spare key is in the managers office (Renier Coetzee). A week after purchasing the vehicle i called to ask about the spare key and the sales person said we will need to create a day whereby we will have to cut a new spare key, meaning he **** about the spare key being in the managers office.

I took the vehicle in on Wednesday 2022/05/04 for them to do the duplicate plus there were issues with the wheel alignment and front shocks which I asked to be included since the vehicle is under warranty. They called on the following day stating that the vehicles' alignment was fixed but they did not hear any sounds from the shocks and they still need to duplicate the key with a third party the following day (Friday 2022/05/06).

They called in the morning at around 7-8am notifying me that they taking vehicle to the third party company, At around 11:00 am I got a notification from the tracker guys stating that the battery has been disconnected. I called the manager to enquire about the issue and he stated that its part of the procedure. I monitored my vehicle and it was located in Edenville at around 20:00 PM.

The vehicles location changed the following day (Saturday 06/05/2022) back to Princess Benoni VW. I called the manager Renier Coetzee again and he explained that the Vehicles key had malfunctioned and they couldn't duplicate it and they had to tow the vehicle from Edenville to Princess Benoni.

The story did not add up as a result I drove to Princess Benoni after work on Monday 09/05/2022. Upon arrival I requested to view my vehicle and for them to bring the faulty key. I FOUND MY VEHICLE STRIPPED WITHOUT MY CONSENT. From the conversation we had on Saturday the manager explained that the key had malfunctioned so they were gonna order a new master key from Germany.

NOW THE PROBLEM IS THEY STRIPPED THE CAR WHICH WAS NOT WHAT THE MANAGER DISCUSSED WITH ME. Currently I'm waiting for them to get a spare key from Germany he said it will take +- 14 days .
