Poor sevice

I own a Polo 2018 1.0 Polo Rline TSI Comfortline from VW Hatfield Rivonia On 200km the brakes was making terrible noises. The car was with Hatfield for about 4 times and they could not sort the problem. They eventually said that all Comfortline Polo's are making the same brake noise and that it is normal. I then lived with this problem until now. On 15000km my brakes pads was replaced as they said it was normal wear and tear. I also complained about brake shudder when you apply brakes at 120kmh. The service adviser said that there was no problem and that the the brake pads was the problem. When picking up the car the car was still shuddering when applying brakes at 120kmh.On 27000km the brakes was shuddering so bad that I had to take it in. They then said they need to replace the brake disks and that I need to pay for the discs. The Maintenance plan paid for the discs. On 30000km the the car went back for a service and I mentioned that the brake shuddering is back. Jacques then phoned me and said that the discs is faulty and mentioned that I need to pay now for new brake pads as they cant replace new discs with old brake pads. I need to know why they did not mentioned this when the car went in on 27000km. I said then to Jacques why must I pay for brake pads as there is still good life on them surely the parts has a 12 month warranty. He the mentioned I need to take it up with VW SA.I did then took the matter and escalated to VW SA.VW SA said I need to take the car back to Princess Benoni. So I did that I then mentioned to VW SA I will pay for the Brake pads but they need to replace my disks that was replace on 27000km under warranty. The new service manager that replaced Jacques then phoned me and mentioned that my driving style is poor and that they cant replace the brake disks that has only done 5000km.Where is the proof of my driving style. I also Phoned VW SA and left messages for Udine but no feedback until today. Also I mentioned that the handbrake was tight when pulling it up. The service adviser mentioned that this is normal on all new Polo's .When I tested this on one of the new polo's in the showroom the handbrake was fine. Also to mention I bought this car brand new and from day 1 the brakes was giving me a problem.
