Poor service management at vw

The service department is headed by a lady that has no knowledge of cars or the process of diagnosing a car with absolutely no care for the customer except *********** the customer. Terrble business ethics if they have any. Had a car taken to them as it needed work done that can only be done at a dealer only yo be asked by the MANAGER”why fid you bring the car to us?”. Needless to say after a bill of R6885.00, we retrieved the vehicle as it went in. They cannot justify us having to pay R147850 to get the car started. From requiring a new pcm, to new injector pump, injector rail , injectors, filters, cam sensor , all of theseitems failed all at once. Even a layman can say that its impossible to have so many components fail at once. We were also refused getting a printout of the faults they apparently found. This makes one wonder of these faults actually existed. I wonder if VWSA is proud of the image VW PRINCESS BENONI is giving of their brand or if they are proud of the manner in which paying customers are treated bu their honourable management. I would not recommend this dealer to the general public. My near R7000 was lost on nothing, don’t make my mistake dealing there.
