VW’s disappointing service

I bought my Polo TSI last year August brand new and within the 1st week I was already experiencing issues with this car. It has been close to a year of going back and forth with them for this car, it’s a pity because the gentlemen that have been trying to solve this issue out are super friendly but that doesn’t change that they are not doing anything for me in terms of this rattling noise coming out from the engine

I left my car at the dealership this past Friday and gave them till Monday to sort the issue out, Monday I get there the Sound is still there, like that is not enough my boot would not open and my one rear light is not working anymore and the cherry on top is this morning I wanted to pour petrol n boom the petrol cap will not open.

Called the dealership earlier and was told to find someone to drop off my car, just as they are working so am I. This is such an inconvenience and really hope someone will call me back some time today if it’s not too to ask. I will never buy a VW
