VW Wonderboom almost killed my engine they service is bad!

I took my car for service for the first time and they service was terrible they didn't service anything on my car my car still shows the same error reports and worst of all they left my oil cap un closed and oil sprayed all over my engine and bonet my car is still brand new and its a TSI 2020 model and I was hoping they would take better car of it.I am really really disappointed in they service.
