Unhappy Client

I am shocked and highly disappointed by this dealership. Customer service is non-existent and no one is friendly. They gave me the runaround and made me wait for over 2 hours for NOTHING. Everyone seemed clueless on how to help me, I even had to ask for assistance at TWT - where they charged me a higher price for something VW does for free! I will never bother coming in ever again, I’ll rather stick to Hatfield VW all the time, thanks.
