Scratch and re painting

i bought a car last year August, it has a scratch on it, the sales persons told me that they will remove the scratch .when i collected my car the scratch was not there, however after 2 day i was washing my car i could see the scratch again. i took the car back to the dealer several times and they cant remove the scratch. i have also noted that the car has been re painted an d the sales person David also confirmed that too, he promised me that he will speak to his manager and revert back to me, even today i'm still waiting for his feedback .i want my car to be fixed and also do the investigation regarding the re painting
