Hi I'm deeply wounded and paining by vw wonderboom boom management, and I'm willing or ready to take this matter foward. Ok i bought car 2012 vw golf6 gti with km 96000 on October 2019,collected the car on my arrival at my place the car flashed oil coution, i phone the sales consultant and explain, his response was u can check the manual and buy the oil i did so because i couldn't take the car back coz of the distance, fine bought the oil and poured it, the car was fine, drove the car had no problem, again on august the starts show another lights on the cluster, (engine pressure oil max r4000) took the car back to the dealer they told me its a oil pump ok they removed the pump and put a new one, they called me to come collect my car, ok went there is was late afternoon around 16h40 was from work, took my car as i was on driving home the car flashes another light (engine oil pressure off) i phone them again and i took the car back to them, one of the guys at service site told me i can drive the car and when I'm free i can bring back the car i refused and told him if anything gets damaged are they going to held reliable for any damage, that's when i left the car at the dealership VW wonderboom, since i left my car there told me the engine needs to be changed, my problem is vw they have this slogan that say (wv pre-owed cars and vw certified cars) i feel sad and painful that they sold me a skorokoro, i don't have a car by now since from August no caretesey no nothing but every last day of the month I'm paying the car while its there with them... I go to the dealership 3 times every month.. It kills me inside when i get there seeing car being abandoned with no engine... Its December now I'm a family man.. I'm stucked.. Please help me.. I even phoned speak out they willing to help me. But i told my self u know what.... Eish.
