I bought a vehicle at vw Wonderboom in 2019 November and since then I have never enjoyed it

I bought a vehicle at vw Wonderboom in 2019 November and since then I have never enjoyed it. On the 04 June 2020 it had a knocking sound on the left hand front wheel and they could not get it until I send it to Dekra for the second opinion and Dekra did confirm the noise and more as they gave me a detailed report in writing. To date my car is still at vw Wonderboom and I had to buy another car and now it's double costs. Please help
