WORST BUY FROM Ntt VW Stellenbosch pathetic workshop poor after sales service

MY WORST BUY FROM VW EVER!! Bought a new T-Cross from Ntt Vw Stellenbosch in October 2019. 2020 during lockdown was not able to travel. Started travelling end of Aug 2020, dicovered left pillar rattle, repoted to dealer. When body flex while driving on uneven surfase/road the worst noise is coming from where the body is joined to the chassis. Car booked in 8 times by Ntt, Pathetic workshop workshop manager even worse. I was asked to make videos of the noises which i did, forwarded to dealership-they did not even rep**** nor commented on that. Then the worst nightmare came true, Dealer Principal Eugene Evenwel offered to buy the car less R65 000 from purchase price and i qoute "you can take your money and buy anything you want-refused by me of course. Its now 18 months since i bought this car and the noises coming from body/chassis are still there and nobody at VW are willing to help.
