VW NTT Stellenbosch- Pathetic Service

Service is pathetic. I took my car for a service today and when I collected the vehicle my safety belt cover was missing. When I enquired about it I was told why would we remove the cover. The manager had a very bad attitude, kept on asking me what I wanted him to do about the situation. This is not the first time we had an issue with them. The previous time they cracked our windscreen while replacing the aircon radiator. Also claimed it was not them. This is definitely the last time I am supporting this sub standard company. I will rather drive all the way to Somerset West to have my vehicle serviced.
