Unhappy client about VW NTT King William's Town

Hello Peter I have a problem with VW Ntt King William's Town, i bought a car from the dealership on the 29 of August 2021, in mid November 2020 the car had a problem with the gearbox. They sold me a car without a 80 point check and i asked for the 80 point check the day i collected the car and they said they are going to Email it until to date, they never sent that 80 point check. The car now has a gearbox error and i informed them, they told me to bring the car to them so can have checke and i brought the car to them. Until today my car is still with them they playing hide and sick and yet i'm struggling, I'm taking a taxi to work whilst i'm paying for the car every month(monthly installment and insurance). The manager of VW NTT King William's Town doesn't care, he's been promising that the car is going to be fixed within no time and yet it's 2021 now and i don't have my car with me. They didn't even provide an alternative vehicle for me while they're busy with my car. I'm paying for the car that isn't in my position. It's really making me mad and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from VW NTT King William's Town those guys are ****** and ***********. Can you please help.
