We are being played by VW Menlyn

So my mom bought a vehicle an was called in last week Tuesday 2nd October 2018 to sign for collection of the vehicle, upon arrival we were told that the vehicle was at a valet service and will be delivered the following day. We then received calls rating their service and we mentioned that we still did not have the vehicle and to their surprise 1 of the documents that my mom signed stated that she received the vehicle already. Now I am so angry because they took advantage of my mom. They just wanted to push sales when they knew very well that there is no vehicle. To date 8th October we have not received any vehicle and all we are being told is that they are doing everything they can to get this matter sorted.. How so when all they needed to do is deliver the vehicle? VW Menlyn is taking us for a ride....
