VW Menlyn is really disappointing

I bought VW TSI Polo life 2023 model in June 2023. I discovered my car had a problem, took it to my nearest dealership VW Menlyn. They gave a full report that my car had a factory fault of not having a front shield which made the interior of my car wet whenever I drove through the rain or went for a car wash. My car has since been book for repairs from the 16th of Jan 2024 till this day, I don’t have my car back. I’ve paid four instalments without driving my car or given a courtesy
