Terrible Service

<p>i took my car to VW Menlyn to have the master cylinder repared and a service done; the most pathetic service i have ever received. they did not phone me once with an update i had to constently phone them; they gave us no documentation when we collected the car and they returned the car filthy dirty. its now a month later and the master cylinder has broken again but the repair isnt on the system as they still havent invoiced out the repair or the service. absolutely ridiculous! </p>
