Terrible memory

<p>I would like to share the terrible experience I had with 1 specific F&I at VW Menlyn called Liesl du Plessis,We app**** for Finance the podium was perfectly approved.After a day we received a call from the Dealership saying that our application was blocked due suspected ***** then we went to the dealership to enquire we directly asked to speak to the F&I with no further assistance the lady referred us to FNB without even explaining to us what was ********** about our application as we entitled to know then we went to the nearest FNB branch to do the enquiry when we got to the branch we Kindly assisted by the branch manager whereby he called VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICES WHICH is a division of WESBANK,what was explained to us was the dealership must continue with the application as there's nothing wrong with the application further more went Back to the dealership and we spoke to the dealership principal Jaun which he seemed to understand our frustration,then we waited 4 hours at the dealership to be told the exact excuse by THE F&I <br />WE PERSONALLY FEEL UNDERMINED,EXPLOITED AND ABUSED BY Liesl du Plessis if it means OUR COLOUR of our skin makes you feel that we not welcome to your branch you COULD'VE simply said without wasting our time and efforts your decision to block our application was very ******</p> <p>THANK YOU</p>
