Sale of a car that was involved in an accident

I bought a VW polo 1.6 from VW McCarthy Menlyn with around 58845 KM, on my viewing of this vehicle I asked Mr. Daniel Warniek who was the sales person if the car was ever involved in an accident, and his reply was that I will never sell a car that was involved in an accident before, after 3 weeks of driving around my wife started hearing some wreckling sounds on the front left site of the vehicle of which I couldn't because I would normally drive the vehicle whilst playing loud music, hence that was the same time Mr. Daniel asked me to bring the car for the programing of the new key they made for the car and I also alerted him about the noise the car was making and added it to the service of the car and the invoice explained that the there was a loose bolt of the engine mountain, after the car came back I started inspecting it and realized that there cracks that showed that it was repainted and that it was hit from the boot and the roof cover was falling , as the car is two months old I returned it but the dealer refused and said he cant take the car back hence he tried making another application of which I couldn't qualify, please help I feel like the car was sold in false rep.
