Radio Pin

Good day,

Kindly note I bought my car in 2016 never was I informed that somewhere down the line I might have problems with my Radio.

The radio just decided to stop working not that it was broken or anything of that sort.

Read through my radio manual just to find out the radio is actuall locked and i need a 4 diget pin to unlock it which i will find in the book just to find out the Radio's serial number and pin was never written down nor given to me.

I decided to phone VW just to find out I have to pay a R450 fee to get a new pin what Bull**** is that I didnt break the radio nor did I loose the ****en Pin. They will do everything to milk a customer to make extra money for they incompetence and bad customer service.

If the pin and serial number was given to me on the day I collected the car i wouldnt have this problem.

The sales agent at the time Shaun Sanders never explained to me that I will have an issue with the radio that will lock it self.

I need a solution to this ASAP
