Hi I am not going to waste time seen that they do not respond, but if I can save one person from wasting their money I would have succeeded. The worst is that Bidvest under the previous CEO was a reputable company. This is not! Long story short, Replaced my VW Polo clutch, lasted less than 12000km broke again. The pin in the gearbox was not put in correctly. But as the 3 month warranty was out they refuse to repair. At the same time with my other car I caught them that they did not even service the car. I worked on cars in my younger years do they really think we are stupid. Manager "we have an issue with our service department but the union refuse that we put in cameras. Really? I work in high security environment, I monitored all the time and prefer it like that. Let you wonder? The last straw was the cam belt. Took it back four time each time they come with some bull **** story. I have said I worked on cars in my younger years! Do they really think that I am stupid? I fixed all the issues myself, clutch still working after 32000km. Cam belt fixed, really I do not know how somebody can be so stupid to install a tension poly. So save money, save frustration, save yourself. Do NOT support these guys at all cost. Thanks
